Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

Do GRC offers paid memberships (Plus and Pro) billed monthly through our payment processors, Paddle and Stripe. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all Paddle-billed subscriptions, and Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for Stripe subscriptions opened on or after April 27, 2026. As Merchant of Record, Paddle and Stripe are the seller of record and are responsible for collecting payment, calculating and remitting applicable taxes, and handling chargebacks. Stripe subscriptions opened before April 27, 2026 ("legacy Stripe subscriptions") remain on the prior billing setup, in which Do GRC is the seller of record. Paddle's checkout also supports PayPal as a payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your profile. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

No Discounts, No Refunds

Do GRC subscriptions are sold at the listed price only. We do not offer discount codes, promo codes, coupons, or any other form of price reduction on any paid membership.

All subscription payments are final. No refunds are provided, including for partial billing periods, unused time, accidental renewals, or subscriptions that are cancelled mid-cycle. You retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@dogrc.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

For Paddle-billed subscriptions, and for Stripe subscriptions opened on or after April 27, 2026, chargebacks are handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle or Stripe respectively) under their dispute and refund processes. Disputes raised with your card issuer are routed to and resolved by the Merchant of Record.

For legacy Stripe subscriptions opened before April 27, 2026, Do GRC is the seller of record and chargebacks are handled directly by us. In either case, please reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue without involving the dispute process.

Free Tier

The free tier of Do GRC does not require payment. No refund processing applies to free accounts.

Changes to Plans and Pricing

We reserve the right to change membership tiers, features, usage quotas, and pricing at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes to pricing will not affect the current billing period of existing subscribers. No refunds will be issued as a result of plan changes, including changes to features or quotas.
