Yes. You can cancel at any time from your profile, and access stays active until the end of your current billing period, or of your free trial. We don't refund partial billing periods if you change your mind.

Plus and Pro start with a 3-day free trial for first-time members, one per person. You aren't charged during the trial. When it ends, the membership renews at its monthly price (US$10 for Plus, US$20 for Pro, tax included) until you cancel. Cancel from your profile before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you've had a free trial before, you're charged when you subscribe.

Paddle, our main checkout, accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. If the Paddle checkout won't open, Stripe is our backup checkout and accepts major cards.

Paddle is our primary checkout, but some ad blockers and privacy extensions (uBlock Origin, Brave Shields, Privacy Badger) block its scripts and stop the checkout window from opening. If clicking ‘Pay with Paddle’ does nothing, click ‘Pay with Stripe’ on the same plan card instead — Stripe is our backup checkout and works without the Paddle script.

No. We do not offer discounts or promo codes.

Not if you change your mind, including for unused time. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other consumer laws still apply: if something we supply has a problem we can't fix, you may be entitled to a refund, and any cooling-off right your law gives you still applies. If you were charged after trying to cancel, contact us and we'll put it right.

Your progress, XP, and certificates are preserved. You'll revert to the free tier limits but won't lose any completed work.

Yes. AI checks are a daily limit that resets every day at midnight UTC. Free-tier text-to-speech characters and scenario submissions reset on a rolling 7-day window; Plus and Pro text-to-speech and scenario submissions reset daily. Answer reveals are unlimited on every tier.

All AI-powered features draw from a single daily pool of AI checks. This includes AI answer checks (paths and case studies), interview prep grading, exam prep grading, role play conversations, resume point generation, Play Arcade AI deep-dives and AI-generated content, GRC Toolkit AI Populate, GRC Coach chat, and AI-generated bespoke learning journeys. Every AI action costs 1 check. Free members get 45 checks per day, Plus members get 400, and Pro members get 1000. The pool resets at midnight UTC each day.

The accepted answers for every room question, the answers for every lab, and a model answer for every scenario task, shown under each question once you switch the answer key on from your profile page or inside a room, lab or scenario path. It is off by default. While the key is on you earn no XP for anything you answer, and a question you answer, or a lab attempt you start, within a week of seeing its answers earns no CPE time; switch it off again whenever you want to be tested and earn XP.

Plus and Pro members get 20 hands-on GRC tools for practising how a GRC programme is run, on fictional or practice data: Risk Register, Compliance Workspace, Control Assessments, Evidence Review, Incident Management, Vendor Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Planning, Gap Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Maturity Assessments, Threat Register, Risk Appetite, KRI/KPI Dashboard, Framework Mappings, ROPA, Compliance Calendar, Action Tracker, Board Report, and a unified GRC Dashboard. They are for learning and practice, not a production GRC system.

Yes. If you subscribed through Paddle, use Change plan on your profile page: you see what the change costs today and each month after, with tax, and tick a box to agree before anything changes. An upgrade starts straight away and charges the prorated difference that day, and a downgrade starts from your next billing date. If you subscribed through Stripe, use Manage on Stripe on your profile page to change plan in Stripe's billing portal, which shows the cost before you confirm.
